A fantastic opportunity has become available working in the Property team of Te Tumu Paeroa (the new Māori Trustee) in Wellington. Te Tumu Paeroa is the leading independent trustee organisation whose purpose is to protect and grow Māori land and assets. Reporting to the Business Manager Property, the main focus of the role is to ensure that all accounts receivable transactions are processed in a timely and efﬁcient manner in order to meet stringent reporting requirements. You will have exceptional data entry skills and a high level of accuracy. Good relationship skills, the ability to work unsupervised, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and a keen eye for detail are key.
If you have worked within the property industry handling the billing of leases to clients it would be advantageous but not essential.
