Key Account Administrator – Permanent, Wellington

We are seeking a proactive administrator who is exceptionally organised, has high attention to detail, and is great with people.

Role Purpose

The Key Account Administrator provides administrative support to the Key Account Manager including front line service, via phone to owners and trustees within the portfolio.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Builds strong relationships with owners and internal staff at Te Tumu Paeroa
  • Researches possible future business opportunities
  • Maintains customer records so that other internal stakeholders have a complete picture of the customer interactions with Te Tumu Paeroa.
  • Works closely with the team to provide support as required
  • Takes enquiries from customers
  • Enters data accurately and in timely manner, to key databases and reporting systems.
  • Provides timely and accurate updates and news items for our key communication channels so that owners and trustees are informed of activities related to their land.

To be successful in this role the following skills, experience are required:

  • Has proven experience working in a busy and varied administrative role.
  • Has strong computer skills and is quick to learn new systems and processes.   
  • Has established new processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Has strong attention to detail and is comfortable working to tight deadlines.
  • Has experience collating information and creating presentations with the support of their manager.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication.
  • Is proactive in their approach and is one step ahead.
  • Works collaboratively across teams.
  • Has strong relationship management skills and has experience working with external customers and delivering high quality customer service.
  • Has setup tracking and recording systems and processes to increase efficiencies.
  • Is self-managing and well organised.

Trust Development and Consulting Administrator – Permanent, Wellington

We are seeking a proactive administrator who is exceptional organised, has experience tracking projects, and has good communication skills.

Role Purpose

This role provides administrative support to the Trust Development and Consulting Manager and Trust Development Consultants. It requires tracking and coordinating projects; and also providing support with the development and preparation of strategic plans and court documents.

The key responsibilities are:

  1. Tracking and coordinating projects to ensure assignments and projects are monitored accurately and appropriately.
  2. Supports Manager and consultants with some administrative tasks such as presentation preparation, organising travel and accommodation.
  3. Supporting the development and preparation of presentations and strategic plans
  4. Preparing Court documents.
  5. Assists with meeting planning and collates the contact details for meetings.
  6. Builds strong relationships with internal teams

To be successful in this role the following skills, experience are required:

  • Has experience working in a busy administrative role and is comfortable working on multiple pieces of work at any one time
  • Has experience collating materials and preparing presentations
  • Has developed tracking and recording systems and processes
  • Works collaboratively across teams and takes a dynamic approach to their role
  • Has strong relationship management and builds rapport quickly
  • Friendly and helpful manner
  • Good attention to detail and works well to deadlines
  • Good listening and strong communication, both oral and written
  • Proactive approach and is always thinking ahead. 
  • Self-managing and well organised.
