Ngā Whenua Rāhui

Following the announcement by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern on Saturday 21st March, I’d like to advise you we’re resetting our operations to be as virtual as possible as quickly as possible in line with this announcement. We’re also making sure that our mahi is delivered in way that keeps our staff, whānau and communities safe.

Staff will immediately start preparing to work remotely from Tuesday 24th onwards and access to all our office sites will be restricted, with sites closed from Thursday 26th. I am confident that we have the people, technology and processes to adapt and deliver our mahi to meet these challenges.

All meeting of owners, and meeting of trustees have been postponed until further notice. You’ll still be able to access updates about your whenua by logging in to My Whenua our online land information portal service. If you aren’t already registered for My Whenua, you can sign up at www.mywhenua.co.nz

Alternatively, you can still continue to contact our staff on 0800 Whenua (0800 943 682) or email my.whenua@tetumupaeroa.co.nz

These changes are essential to safeguard our staff, our whānau, clients and our communities. I am confident that we have the people, technology and processes to adapt and deliver our mahi to meet these challenges.

We’re in a very good position to continue our mahi and we remain focused on what we are here to achieve, albeit in a different way.

Kia kaha, kia maia, kia manawanui

Dr Charlotte Severne
