Our role is to provide professional trustee services for Māori. We do this by carrying out the terms of trusts and ensuring the whenua is protected and enhanced for future generations.

He angitūtanga: About the Role:

As our Kaitātari Mātaitanga Matua| Senior Test Analyst, you will be at the forefront of leading and delivering comprehensive testing activities across our organisation. Reporting directly to the Kaihautū Ratonga Hinonga | PMO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems and applications meet the highest standards of excellence.

In this role you will be required to:Understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful, testable scenarios.
Provide strategic direction and advice on application and systems testing.
Design, maintain,execute and record outcomes of manual test scenarios for projects, cloud migrations, and BAU enhancements.
Undertake all elements of test planning across all required test levels.
Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Manage and maintain the organisation's test assets, including maintenance and updating of the regression test suite for each release cycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including guiding business users through test activities.
Work closely with the test team to support quality gates and ensure readiness for releases.

He korero mou: What we are looking for:

The Senior Test Analyst is a high impact role, working on significant projects. Ideally you will bring:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Test Analyst.
Experience testing business applications—preferably Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central.
Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira/Zephyr, Azure DevOps Test Plans.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, defect management, and test reporting.
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
Experience in editing and running no/low code automation scripts.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with cloud-based systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Strong eye for detail, structured thinking, and collaborative mindset.
