Waihua X1
Waihua X1 is a 90.5303 hectare property situated on both sides of State Highway 2, approximately 24.7 kilometres from Wairoa. The land ranges from flat to steep hill in contour and is split by both State Highway 2 and the Palmerston North/Gisborne railway line into two severances. The block can be accessed from State Highway 2.
The block was leased in two parts.
The southern severance and part of the northern severance, approximately 31.7 hectares, was leased for sheep and beef breeding.
The northern severance, approximately 58.7 hectares, was leased for dry stock pastoral farming.
