He angitūtanga: About the Role:
As Kaiwhakataka Tui | Dynamics 365 Administrator, you will help administer, support and improve our Dynamics 365 CRM environment, known as Tui, and Dynamics 365 BC, known as Te Pito Finance. You will provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot user issues, document resolutions, and contribute to system enhancements, testing and change control.This fixed-term role will provide additional capacity across the IT team and wider business while supporting the Tui CRM Online project. It will help maintain continuity of service, reduce delivery risk, and enable the Applications Team Leader to focus on leading the team and delivering key priorities.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· System administration and support: Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central environments, helping ensure systems are reliable, well maintained and responsive to user needs.
· Troubleshooting and documentation: Investigate and resolve user issues, using strong analytical skills to identify practical solutions and clearly document outcomes for future reference.
· Enhancements and change control: Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing activities and change control processes in line with agreed standards.
· User support and relationship management: Build effective working relationships with internal users and provide responsive, professional and customer-focused support.
· Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes, user experience and overall system effectiveness.

· Ability to work well as part of a high performing team
· Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM systems, Business Central or similar enterprise applications would be advantageous
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes, standards and change control requirements
· A practical, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to investigate issues, ask questions and escalate when needed
· A naturally curious mindset, with a willingness to learn, explore how systems work and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.
· Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical users, and provide responsive support
· Eligibility to work in New Zealand is essential
